Hello Sir,
I seek your expert advice on the following:
(A)A case has been committed to Sessions by Chief Judicial Magistre for offence u/s.376 IPC in which the other juduicial Msgistrate had granted interim bail to accused.CJM did not cancel the interim bail.Now,is the accused the accused required to (a) approch the JIFC for confirmation of baor o (B) he should file an application for grant of permanent bail of the accused ? Kindly help me to know relevant law/provison and/or judgments,if any.

Bail once given is to continue to till the end of trial or until it is cancelled. You don't need to get bail from Court of Sessions now.

The bailis not cancelled yet. Thus there is no need to obtain bail again.

Interim bail is required to be confirmed from the Sessions Court as the offence is sessions trial and magistrate had given only interim bail. You can read the interim bail order and can act accordingly.
