TRANSFER OF SHARES FROM RESIDENT TO NON-RESIDENT

Please provide me the procedure to be complied with for transfer of shares from Resident to Non-Resident.

File Form FC TRS with concerned RBI through Authorized Dealer 'AD'.
Rest of the Procedures is the same as followed in normal transfers.
No ROC Filings required. Execute transfer Deed.
Most important compliance is that of FC TRS at RBI...........Regards
