Bayana return

(Querist) 05 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
hi - need ur advice .. my mom is a widow and a months back a dealer and few people came to my home while only my mother was there...brainwashed her ... asked her to sign on a bayana receipt, gave the bayana payment and took three month's time on the bayana receipt. My mother told me about the deal paper next day .. ever since that day we have been asking that dealer to take his money back and cancel the bayana receipt as the cost of the house he has agreed to pay is very low as per the market and my mother was not aware .. in depression and stress she signed those papers.... please advise as to how can we cancel this ... we do not have the contact details of the buyer .. the dealer is refusing to share the details and is even refusing to meet us stating "u can not back out, deal to hoke rahegi" ...and disconnecting our fone too. if this deal materialises we will be in great loss ... in the same colony to buy a similiar flat we will be required to put in lakhs of rupees. please help us get out of this situation.

Issue a News Paper out, and also a Police Complaint, that a lonely widow lady was forcibly taken our receipt on some papers, and no copies delivered to your mother, and the same is void ab-initio, and not binding on your mother. if anybody have any right title or interest or claim in the said property may lodge the same in writing to your Advocate, otherwise treated as given -up, cancelled.

Endorse Ld.Mr.Shroff.

1. File Criminal Complaints for cheating/Criminal Intimidation.

2. Newspaper Public Notice warning the public in general not to deal with this builder on a/c of the papers forcibly got signed (Copy to Registrar)

3. Serve a Legal Notice to the Builder cancelling the Documentation.

4. If required file a suit.

Consult a local advocate to protect your property.
