Ld Counsels,
Wife said in her statement in chief that she left matrimonial home to attend a marriage function along with her father. But she has not said later if she actually attended marriage rather told the court that she asked her parents to call husband to her home and all of them quarreled in wife's parents home.
Will her silence about actually attending the marriage function as stated convey that the reason for leaving matrimonial home is not to attend marriage but some other reasons.
Awaiting your valuable opinion.
Thanks

If the bridegroom was a tenant at the time of marriage and in-laws construct a new house later and the daughter-in-law occupies such new house though after about 4~5 years, would that be termed as Matrimonial Home and what are the safety for such possession being with the bride for over 39 years and under what Act/Law
