Societies registration act

(Querist) 29 September 2012 This query is : Resolved 
I have a society which was registered in 1935 in Kanpur, having registered office in Delhi. Now i want to change the registered office from kanpur jurisdiction to Delhi jurisdiction. The office of the society and principal place of work is Delhi. Pl guide.
