As new member for this forum your expectations from a free guide legal site is
very high and to expect from experts to send
you any draft on your email address is a very indecent way to seek free help.

Anyway let it be known to you here we do not have ready made drafts.

Secondly as the business would be run in Dubai then better would be for you to consult a lawyer in dubai who knows laws regarding partnership applicable in dubai.
Indian law would be of no help.
Okayyyy!

Good punithan!
Thank you for guesses.
One should take what is benevolent for him.

and for you my benevolent words are
"as the business would be run in Dubai then better would be for you to consult a lawyer in dubai who knows laws regarding partnership applicable in dubai.
Indian law would be of no help."

Not being Gandhian i am happy i taught you manners of politeness.

panithan! This is a matter of common knowledge that the name of this site is lawyersclub India and not Dubai so you cannot get much knowledge about the laws of rest of the world here except India. Even then you have been advised by Senior experts but your way of talk with such senior expert like Prabhakar Singh is highly objectionable.

No one can help yo if you keep on such mentality. Every expert has his own way of expression and you can't dictate anyone to reply as per your own whims and wishes.

I strongly condemn your behaviour with Mr. Singh.

I think the query is resolved here.
Vidhi Joshi (Expert) 10 April 2013
No drafts will be ever provided...1) A company incorporation procedure in India and Dubai is different.
2) Company is not registered under partnership deed.
3)Hire a local lawyer (read Dubai) or consultant.
and 4) learn some politeness when talking with senior person..
