in the said issue the employee put his cheque as surety for not leaving job for 6 months but he left without information to employer in this situation the employer presented in bank said cheque in this incident what remedy available for employer actually he spent some amount on that employee

If you have not made the cheque as part of an agreement with the employee having no specific mention of cheque to be encashed on his leaving the job before completion of six months, you cannot show any liability against him. So, your case for cheque dishonour against him is likely to fail.
