Sir,
please refer citation suiting to following facts in favour of husband-

Muslim woman who had not obtained divorce from her previous husband can't claim maintenance from her second husband. Second husband has already wife living with him.

There is no need to file citation... Prove that her first marriage is subsisting and that would render her second marriage void, so she won't be entitled to maintainance.

A Muslim man can perform second marriage subsisting his first but this is not available to woman so there is no need for citation.

As that woman is not a legal wife, Mtn cannot be claim

Except in DV on basis of Live-in relationship.
