no such procedure . you have to file your written arguments
Deepak Nair (Expert) 08 August 2013
No. Written Arguments shall either be filed in person or through your advocate. it cannot be sent through courier or post.
V R SHROFF (Expert) 08 August 2013
Your Adv will file it in court. In his absence, you too can file it.

Postal service allowed in rare cases, with justification of Distance, and copies delivered to opp side.. of notarised Written Arg. duly signed by party and/or his adv, together with citations and authorities supporting your argument.

It is a practice to do in person, for many more advantages.
