Hello,
I have a flat in my name in Pune, Maharashtra. At the time of buying flat, I didn't buy car parking. I now own a car. There are not many parking places in the society and I have parked my car in one of the open parking which is vacant till date. Some of the residents have complain about it saying it's a guest parking, whereas the society itself doesn't have ample parking spaces which can fulfill the need of residents.
Could expert answer my below questions?
1) Can I use that parking till I'm living in the society and what will be procedure for that?
2) Can anyone stop me for parking my car in society in any place which is open and not obstructing anyone?
3) What is the best possible way out if 1st is not applicable?

Demand a parking slot from Society/builder and pay for it.
Send a request letter that you need to use free place to park your car, and u r ready and willing to pay requisite fees/ charges/ and or to buy it.
Let society decide in their Mg com meeting or AGM, and based on their decision, take further action.

society has exclusive power to allot the parking slots as per its policy so better to represent it and ensure fair allotment.
