dear expert,
i have three uncles. elder uncle and his two sons are running two shops.my father and younger uncle are working together in same shop. this shop is named by my elder uncle and my father. one of the shop running by elder son of elder uncle is named by my younger uncle and elder aunty.
my elder uncle and younger uncle purchased many lands,houses and shops on the name of their wives and children.they never took my father's name into consideration because my father don't have son.
now my father dont want work with younger uncle as he cheating my father in business. my father want shop on his owned name but uncles are refusing.
please give me legel advice to my problem.
