SIRS I had filed a petition for refund of the advance amount paid for the reasons no proper approval from authorities for safety measures.Case is going on and the recording of evidence of the petitionr that is myself is over and defendant the marriage hall owner evidence is going on.Mean time I had received some strong documents regarding approval thro RTI.The other side had filed a counter petition objecting the filing of documents since they are crucial documents.My advocate says we can file it in wriiten argument.PLEASE SUGGEST SIRS I had cancelled the Hall Prior to 30 days of fixing the hall

YOU should file those documents forthwith along with an application supported by an affidavit that you were tracing those documents diligently but could not get them earlier,as they go to the very root of the case they may kindly be admitted and taken record and you may be allowed to prove them formally.

I agree with Prabhaker singh sir. If you delay the matter till arguments, it will dilute the merits of the case and the judge may question you why you have not filed the documents earlier.
