Punishment after payment of fine

When jmfc lower court pronounce judgement to suffer till rising of the court and payment of fine/compensation and in defaoult 3 months s.i.
in that case accused suffered on same day till rising of court and paid part fine amount and paid part amount after some days.accused prefeered appeal against judgement on merit of the case.
WHAT is the law and sections on which learned session judge told that punishment of till rising of court is to be suffered only after payment of full amount of compensation/fine amountand not before of that.

respected alls,
there was ni act complaint in jmfc .accused convicted .till rising of court and 25000 compensation and out of fine 22000 to be given. a i/d 3 months s.i.
tha accused suffered sentence of of court till rising on same day but applied for deposit 15000 today and 10000 on within some days court allowed said application and accordingly accused suffered till rising on same date.but filed appeal in session against total order .BUT session court said that sentence of till rising of court is to be suffered only after payment of all compensation amount not before that .WHETHER law permitsthis. is correct/
