Dear Experts ,

i have received an assignment for doing tittle search and issuing of tittle clearance certificate.

please tell whether 3 years practice is compulsory for issuance of tittle clearance certificate.

if 3 years practice is compulsory then under which Act

sorry did not realise you had written your name below the query .

contact a registration clerk . take 30 years title search of the property . based on registration clerk report you can issue title clearance certificate to the effect that title is clear and marketable and free from encumberances .

It is not so at least in the state of WB.

Three year practice is not necessary.
However, matter of experience is to be considered by the person assigning the assignment as per his norms, if any, and it is his need.
