If the home is bought in your mother's name then she will be treated its owner even after divorce. The source of money is very hard to be proved.

source of money even if proved has no consequence. Benami transaction are not legal. Registered owner is the one who get the property and this will not deprive her of the claim of maintenance, if otherwise due.

as you say all documents are in your mother name."all" if includes regd.sale deed also your mother is the absolute owner at any time.she has rights of disposal how so ever she may decide.

If the property was bought on your mother's name, it becomes her own property over which only she has full rights of enjoyment or disposal. It is immaterial whether somebody funded for the purchase, it becomes women property.
