Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you all for your advice, it is much appreciated.
I am giving my shop on rent and getting it registered and also doing the police clearence.
Request, how to frame a clause stating : if the monthly cheque (for rent) bounces then consider this as a notice for one month following which the leave and license agreement stands null and void. And the licensee shall vacate the shop during the notice period after the notice period the licensor shall occupy the shop and the licensee shall not object and will not sought any legal action against such occupation by the licensor.
Thank you,
Darshan...

Dear Sir,
I have hired a lawyer and am paying Rs 8000/- for his services (for registration & police clearence.). But as you know, they have standard Leave and Licencse agreements, which is tailor made to adjust each individual. I wanted to add a clause specific to my case so that i dont have any problems in future if i want the tenant to vacate the shop. So i wrote the clause and wanted your professional help to know if it could be worded properly.
Regards,
Darshan...
