Joint tenancy - owner sells the property to one of the tenant

Hi,

I want to know what if in case of Joint Tenants are staying in a property for Business/Official purpose and the owner of the property dies. And the son of the owner wants to sell the property in such case who will be given the priority to buy the property. Ans also what if there was a mutual consent made between the joint tenants and survivor owner of the property to buy the property on the partnership basis and later on the survivor owner sells the property to only 1 tenant amongst the 2. What legal steps can be taken by the other tenant who was ditched by the tenant and the owner of the property.

Both parties shall be bound by the terms of the said agreements.
In the event of default the aggrieved aprty shall have right to enforce the same.

The legal heirs of the deceased owner has the right to sell the property to any one including third party in absence of any agreement between him and the tenants.

If agreement exist, the terms has to be referred.

The son of deceased owner will succeed.
Tenancy can continue on mutual consent or to be decided through the Court, as per terms and conditions of the agreement, to be renewed with incoming (son) owner.

What is BPT Law Right...The other tenant who was ditched has the letter issued by BPT....Even there an agreement made between the 3 parties which has expired..

If the conditions of the agreement have been allegedly breached, a suit under the provisions of specific relief to enforce the agreement can be filed for relief and remedy. Contact a local lawyer with relevant papers for further advise.
