Dear Sir,
I did not intend to seek clarification again and again. Very Sorry. In fact, the actual intention was not to seek information about the draft as documentation. However, which are the documents/details we need to submit to DGCA to get back the aircraft back from the owner and transfer it in our name. The last installment is scheduled in the month of October.

You should hire the services of a lawyer practicing in the related files who will be able to guide you properly instead of taking incomplete advises or preliminary hints from such forums if you are in real need.
