Information regarding gpa

Most of the places in delhi plot and flat are selling by GPA as registry is not available in that area. What should I check before purchasing property. What should be my check list.

You are absolutely wrong when you say that most of the plots and flats in Delhi are being sold on GPA.

Please do not purchase anything merely on the basis of GPA.

You cannot check anything of your own. Better approach a lawyer, take his advice and act accordingly. Spending few thousands of rupees to a lawyer, before purchasing an immovable property is worth, than crying over loss of hard earned money later, for want of due diligence.

Avoid purchasing such property without getting it approved / cleared/ checked by your lawyer. Agree with the expert Anirudh ji.

Purchasing a property again on GPA is invalid. It is better to consult an advocate, take his opinion and decide about purchasing.
