Respected Sir,
According my knowledge in india partial or half nudity is not allowed to be shown on television channel even after 11.00 in night ?
1. Am I right ?
If i am right then any channel shows half or partial nudity on television in india then
2. where & to whom I can complaint ?
3. Is it a criminal offence ? If yes under what section ?

are you talking about satelite channels or local channels mr.sandeep rane?

if it is on local channel mean you may lodged a complaint before the concerned police station.
if you talk about satellite channels mean you can not lodge any complaint that much easily. cos their telecasting will be under watching only.

Thank you replying to all. this is not a academic query. This channel is shown via d2h. Therefore this must be a satelite channel.
when any programme is broadcasted via satellite it gets recorded automaticaly ?

If you have problem about such indecent programs and if you are aggrieved, you may write to ministry of telecommunications and broadcasting drawing their attention to such satellite channels, this will fetch you the desired result.
