Consumer maater

Ihave filled a consuer case in district consumer forum raigarh(C.G),but at present it is not functioning as the new presiding officer has not been appointed since last 5 months ,what other alternative remedy do i have,can another district forum example of bilaspur or its appelllate authority hear my case .

You can do nothing about such sorry state of affairs in the state government lethargic administration, you may have to wait for the court to resume functions once again.
