Section 354 d ii

I am from Hyderabad i surrendered before the police station for messaging a girl on whatsapp,and a fir was made under 354d ii and i was released on the same day in the evening ,but i was not produced before the court,not even the bail,even the charge sheet is not filed.Can any one tell me whats the matter

As per criminal law amendment act 2013, the section 354D of IPC is bailable offence and if the case was registered then you can get bail and no need to worry after getting bail, fight the case on merit.
