The certificate from the Registrar of Marriage is the official record; nothing is more is required to substantiate or authenticate the said certificate.

Certificate of marriage from Registrar should be used as proof.
Marriage in Arya Samaj Mandir is valid and the Certificate issued from them is proof of that.

You already have certificate to prove your marriage that too from competent authorities, what else do you require?, dont keep worrying about the false rumors or misconceptions.
