land purchase

Hi sir/madam I am dinakaD T belongs to SC category. I have made advance of Rs.5 Lakh on 21/10/15 for a land and made an agreement from a GPA holder but due to some reason I couldn't purchase the land, but that GPA holder had already sold the land to another party without informing us and not cleared the agreement made to us ..they are not giving our money back ...I ain't know what I should do to get back my amount...
I request you to pleaee give some suggestion

consult a local senior lawyer with the agreement. the agreement should be thoroughly verified and then he will suggest you the remedies.
