sir, my name is neeraj in all my school and other documents my fathers name is balbir sharma and only in my birth certificate it is balbir singh. so sir now should i make an affidavit stating that balbir singh and balbir sharma are same person, will this be good.
if not please sir advice me some other method please sir
I'm facing a big problem in making of my passport.

Your father can sworn an affidavit that both are his name.

You did not tell the actual name of your father. It is better to correct/change the wrong name with the correct one in the documents by following the procedure with the concerned departments.
If you want to change the same, do it for permanent so that you wont face any problem in future because it is a technical aspect.
