Question do not provide requisite details, as such is incomplete. However, on the basis of whatever facts you have made available, presuming yourself a mature by age one, the reply to your question is that as you are married the responsibility/onus to maintain shifts upon your Husband as such Father is no longer bound to maintain you even under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. As regard, property, if the same is inherited one, you can lay a claim, file a partition suit. However, if the property is self earned of your father, then you can't do anything, it would depend upon wish of your father. Aforesaid was the legal position. Ethically, it is strange that you yourself got 'Love Marriage', obviously forcing the father to make arrangements to save his face, respect, now you are expecting him to bear your burden, why?

Mam,
Yes you can seek partition in the property .. Be careful not to sign any documents because those documents can go be used against you as well.
Warm Regards

You can seek your share.
Is your husband not supposed to pay your fee after marriage.

Which is this language, I have never studied? Can you kindly teach me?
Presumably you want your share in the inherited property after death of your father, (which has nothing to do with arranged or love marriage; married or unmarried) file a suit for partition through a local prudent lawyer, as advised by experts, I agree.

It is supposed that you are Hindu.
In whose name the property is?
Whether your grand father alive?
Who and when property was purchased?
If it is not covered under the definition of ancestral property (means it is self acquired property of your father), you have no claim on it till your father is alive and he does not sell / gift / will it during his life time.
