I advise you you send a legal notice immediately through a lawyer asking him to deliver you a 2010 model bike and take back the 2oo9 model bike which was sold to you by cheating you to believe that it is a 2010 model bike, if the dealer does not relent approach the consumer court and file a complaint against the dealer and the manufacturer and recover the loss for having put you to mental agony and other expenses. Keep the original bill, temporary regn papers, insurance etc... in your custody and don't part them to the dealer. They are required to prove that the dealer cheated you.

dear sir,thank you, for your immediate reply sir,but my parents are saying that leave them, because, as you know court cases means taken so much time, but i am saying that we have all evidences
