regarding driver

Sir,

In Motor Accident Claim Case, the driver of was charge sheeted by the police is Salim Son of Sri ......... but the copy of D.L. of one Sri Salam Son of Nanhey has been filed by the driver namely Sri Salim. Now, the Driver Salim alleged that he is also known by Salam but the father's name defferred in police charge sheet and D.L..
In such circumstances, what are the papers should be produced before the Tribunal to show that these are two different persons not one & same.
