Flat position has been changed

Hi,
I have booked a flat by a broker.
i have deposited the booking ammount.
but when i got the recipt for that. then the flat position has been changed.
perviously it was on the left corner flat.
now it is in the middle of the building.
So let me know, what should i do?

Dear Anonymous,

You have not mentioned whether at any time broker has committed to you in writing of arranging for the corner flat.

Obviously you have a remedy provided you are able to prove in the court of law that it is a deficiency of service and entitles you to get suitably compensated.

yes, i have a duly filled form with a proper signed and stamped.

Based on the document, send a legal notice to the broker, if he does not heed to your demand, file a complaint with Consumer Forum.
