sir my Q is tat if sum body hack my email id how i can take tst back through the help of cyber law since many imp documents r their in my id is their any sec under which i can complaint 7 whom i hav 2complaint
pl advice me

In most of the cities the police have its own dedicated cyber cell to investigate this type of complaint.Even if it does not have any the local police is supposed to make investigation. So, you lodge the complaint immediately.
Next time put your query in proper language . You are putting the questions to the ld. advocates, not to your buddies.

Ok. There is a cyber cell in place in Delhi. Check the web site of Delhi police. Otherwise if you complain to the local police they will send it to that cell.
