Problems with Filing Video CD in the Court ?

Guest (Querist) 25 August 2010 This query is : Resolved
I am fighting a case for getting eviction.
I am to file a video in a CD form in the court.

Not only I have mentioned in the rejoinder that a video of a particular length is being filed with this rejoinder but I have also explained that what is being shown in the video and why it is shown.

The contents of the video are not open,so what if,the opponent party claims that there was a blue film in the copy of the video served to them?

Or what if,due to some corrupt court staff the content of my video CD is deleted or tempered?

What more I should do so?
What precautions should be taken?

You file an application to play the cd in open court. After such playing hand over the copy to the opposite party in the presence of the judge that too after playing that cd also.

you can use a permanent marker to write over the CD regarding its contents. Please zip the entire file and you use a password for opening the file at the time of writing the CD itself. you can disclose the password to the Court at the time playing the CD or while you in the witness box.
