A juvenile is arrested last week and now is in jail .As per police record she is 20 years old.I am thinking to file Declaration petition and Transfer petition .Whether I have to file bail petition now or after transfer her to Juvenile home? who are the persons I can make as Respondents ? Thank you.

If you are sure that she is juvenile,make an application to the court itself for ascertainment of age. If you have evidence about her date of birth produce it. You may file bail petition also. State shall be the respondent.

You didn't mentioned about the sections for arrest. Its ok. The reprodent is state through the concern sub inspector of police or inspector of police.
