BAIL UDER SEC 437

What does regular bail granted under Sec.437 Cr.P.Code.mean ? Can personal bond be given and of what value or will the judge ask for some sureties . The case is in kerala and i am in coimbatore. Can i also get an anticipatory bail if the charge is filed by the CBI ?

It means that the accused gets bail after making himself surrendered to the court where the case is pending.

bail in cognizable case u/s 437, yes judge / mag. can asked for it with the two sureties as his on satisfaction but reasoanable . yes, you can u/s-438.

You can apply for anticipatory bail either from the sessions court or the high court once the FIR is registered.

application of bail u/s 437 of cr.p.c is get a bail in non bailable cases. Normally in non bailable cases accused wont be released on personal bond.
You can apply for the anticipatory bail in Coimbatore also on the contention that you are likely to be arrest at coimbatore.
