HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR FINAL ORDER/JUDGMENT IN CIVIL SUIT.
PLAINTIFF HAS FILED RCR SUIT AND LATER SHE GOR REMARRIED AND WE TOOK HER ADMISSION IN WRITING BEFORE THE COURT. ON SAME APPLN. JUDGE HAS GIVEN ORDER SIDE TO SAY AND MY ADV. GIVEN SAY ON SAM APPLN. I.E. AS SHE GOT MARRIED HER SUIT BE DEISMIISED. AND NOW MY ADV. SAYS IT'S KEPT FOR ORDER,
LAST 3 DATES THEY TOOK ADJOURNMENT AND NOW I GOT MORE THAN 1 MONTH DATES.
AFTER SUCH APPLN. TO TILL NEXT DATE IT'S ALMOST BEYOND 2 MONTHS.

There is no time fram within which a suit will have to be disposed off.You stick to your argument with patience and the court will pass the order soon.

thanks sir's, for all yours valuable advice.
i don't know why the judge give long dates for order. earlier when i not knew about her remarriage and my opponent pressed the courts for various order and took very short dates of week.
now i exposed to her falsehood and it's for my order it's takes very long.
my flat is in her possession till date. and my appln. of use & occupt said flat is still pending before same court. even on last date i pressed the court to atleast give order on my appln. to use & occupy the flat. as it's in lock position and statuts of plaintiff is got remarried and staying at her new husband house.
kindly advise me.

You may consider filing an application for expediting the orders mentioning the hardship being faced by you. The court may expedite.
