Do Govt. Advocate have rights to move bail petition in court???

by govt advocate you mean whom ? Public Prosecutor or standing Counsel ? and also please clarify for whom the bail application is being moved, is it a private party ? Your querry is vague at present.

Sorry!! sir! I mean Standing Counsel, bail is for Private party.
And sir do Public prosecutor in Session Court can move bail petition for private party in High Court.???

Standing counsel can not appear against the Government.

Mr. Perme, can you think that the State who is paying you for your services will pay you for your this move.
How logical it is? Just think.
A is counsel for B and for some minor benefit/ profit can A sue B in the name of C. If yes how? If no, then also how?
Doesnt it amounts to professional misconduct.

PP/APP/ cannot move bail application in the courts because they are govt., employees, but Dist., Govt., Pleader/Asst., Dist., Govt., Pleader can move bail application.
