What the Difference between Conveyance Deed and Sale Deed of property?

Sale deed is one of type of conveyance deed.

In the law of real property there is a distinction between "sale" and "conveyance". A sale occurs immediately upon the signing of the seller and buyer of the contract of sale. Although the real property has now been sold, the conveyance does not take place until the closing , when the seller delivers the deed to the buyer. The term conveyance should not be intermixed with the term sale.
