Civil Suite against the Criminal case

Hi,
Can we file civil suite if criminal case is on hearing from past one year under section Fraud,Forgery like IPC 420,120 B,471,467.
Can we file civil suit although state has registed the case & its on hearing.

What is the process & how we can proceed further.

Is there any other ground other than that stated in the existing criminal case? If you have some different grounds that fall within the civil law, you can file a civil suit.

civil suit will lie if your rights are infringed and if you have a positive remedy under civil law.
