Sal not paid after termination

Hi, I was relived from my job at the end of my 6 month probation (job at Bangalore) in on April 5th 2011. the six months of prob ended on 30th March. I have still not got my pay for the last month of working in spite of repeated phone calls & send text messages. Now no one is even picking up my calls. How do I tackle this? Thanks.

issue legal notice to compnay
i presume you ahve the appointment letter which mentions that during probation you will be paid __________ sum per month

What was your nature of job. In case, you falls within the definition of workman, you can invoke jurisdiction of Labour Court under Section 33-C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act otherwise, you have to file Civil Suit for recovery of money within the jurisdiction, where cause of action arose.
