Jan Lokpal Bill can do this to various extent whereas proposed Sarkari Bill is nothing but a cover up story and it harasses victim of corruption to raise complaint because he may face many time more punishment, if he fails to prove his allegations. Even Tribunal has no power to tke any action but it can only recommend action. There is no check and balance in th proposed bill pending before parliament.

We should not forget, law breakers are wiser than the law makers. Those habitual of breaking law usually find loopholes of law whatsoever stringent that may be.
The basic need is honest and ethical behaviour on the part of the politicians, bureaucrats and the law & order maintaining authorities without any bias.

Laws are always there but implementation is important. Many laws many officers many confusion and delay in justice. WE NEED FAST SYSTEM OF JUSTICE DELIVERY,EVERYBODY IS TALKING THE SAME BUT NO-ONE IS WORKING ON IT.WHAT THE BUDGET ALLOCATED TO JUSTICE DPTT. EVERY YEAR NO STATE IS SPENDING MORE THAN 30% of it and crying for justice. MY APPEAL TO FELLOW LAWYERS TO PRESS DEMAND OF FASTER JUDGEMENTS WHICH WILL INCREASE PROFESSIONAL QUALITY AND STATUS OF JUDICIARY.
