hi experts
myfriend recently met with a accident on the road
when she was going in the two wheeler one small boy came in the middle and she hit the boy and the boy is seriously injured and he is in the serious condition in the hospital ie critical stage .how will the case go will my friend remanded in the police custody and now i want to know how to slove the problem please give your opinion on this.

the victim made complaint at police, if not complaint you may appear before police said that nature of accident and give sureties to recover from injuries and claim insurance also.

Your friend has to appear before the police and report the incident if not already reported. She should help the family of the victim in managing his injuries and claim from Insurance agencies. A compromise to this effect will help your friend

since she is already remanded,what is the need for further reporting?
engage a lawyer locally,if not already done.
