Dear all,
if there is a suit filed in the high court, can the parties to the suit file a consent terms by giving reference that the parties have settled the matter by paying sum of money payable by the defendant to third person? is it necessary in such case to make third person party to the Suit or Consent Terms or the court will accept the consent terms without asking any question about the third party?

consent terms are filed between parties to the suit . the parties along with advocate have to remain present wherein court questions them as to whether they have read and affixed their signature on consent terms . advisable to make third party a party to suit as tomorrow he may deny having received payment .
