It 30 days from date of judgment BUT the time consumed by court in preparing the copy has to be excluded.
For example,if judgement and decree passed on 01/09/2011,then limitation will expire on passing of 30 days, suppose application of copy was moved on 10/09/2011,and copy was notified to be ready for delivery on 15/09/2011,then the time consumed in preparing the copy being 4 days shall be excluded.in other words add these 4 days to 30days now read 34 days but count from just 01/09/2011.
