sir, my grand fa has three sons and two daughters.Both the daughters wee died.My mother is the third to my grand fa. My grand fa was no more and grand ma is alive. My mother has not received any property from my grandfather during or after her marriage.. Now the third son was died and the two came from soudi and they are selling the entire lands and houses which belongs to my grand father. I am a sunni muslim.. Do I have any rights to claim. I have a sister yet to be married and a brother who is studying graduation. I am 28 and struggling for employment.

Please go back to your original thread and post your detailed information - i.e. year of death of your grand father - year of death of each of his son(s)/daughter(s) - also state who are the son(s)/daughters of the deceased persons.
Only then answer is possible for your query.
