Crpc petion

currently i am abroad, I want to file crpc 91 for certain document,

Can this be done by my lawyer,or my signature is mandatory for such petion.

Which Case? Though technically, if you are exempted from personal appearance, it can be filed by your counsel.

In DV/ 125, it can be filed by lawyer on your behalf.

it is for divorce case in family court.
Question is my signature required, court date is very near...

If you have a lawyer engaged in your case,he can move the application on your behalf only if he is of view that affidavit is also required then it involves verification clause of facts which can not be done without signature.If affidavit is the requirement you need inform him to seek adjournment,or else he can move the application.

i have been informed by admin. not to deny advises for only reason being anonymity,
hence ,here now i will be doing so for sake of things go smooth.
