Stamp Duty

Dear All,

Please let me know as to how to determine stamp duty when an article appears under both central and state stamp acts.

Dear Jaydeep

if there is any defenrece in Sate and Central Article under Stamp Act , the State Schedule under the Act is amended as applicable and the same is to be followed in your State !
