I have sold my bike long back in 2008 to bike dealer and now when i was asking for ownership transfer documents , he was deniying that he didnt buy the bike from me.. Even i have sale delivery note from him but now he was saying that, he had not written that delivey note. I am no more in banglore also.i am thinking to send out the legal notice to him..Will it be solve my problm
Ok thanks. One more thing to clarify is that currently i am not in banglore, now m located at Pune. So can we lodge complain from Pune.And Is it also adivisable if i can send out the legal notice to concern broker in bangalore. Your little input will be much appriciable. My contact no is 9028115821

It was a mistake to sell the same w/o proper documentation.,

you can't lodge complain in pune. as earlier, i stated that you can send letter through regd. ADstating all facts about to concern P.S. at bangalore.

As you expert told that i need to lodge a complain saying that i have sold my bike without proper documentation or someone stolen my bike but suppose my bike's tital got tranferred to other person name and even if i filling complain against him.. Will the court/police can take any action against me or not.

When you are not sure why are you asking factual questions on surmises??????You can not solve legal problems in by rules of algebra.
First be sure about the facts.Only then take the opinion.
Any wrong FIR may take your heads in soup if you deal issue as negligently as you have dealt so far.
