Writ on teacher recruitment in punjab

respected sir, in punjab akali bjp govt. appoints 10000 primary teachers and 4000 secondary teachers in 2007. the certirea is as under.1. maximum age 42 but in all other recruitments by this govt. in 5 years age limit is 37. 2. in this recruitment govt. makes different different merit for male and female candidates. but in all other recruitments govt. makes combined merit of male and female. 3. govt. gives 5 marks to candidates who studied in rural schools no marks for urban candidates.4. one marks given to 1 year teaching experience for each candidates . maximum 10 marks. 5. 1 mark given to candidate from his/her passing year of bed. maximum 10 marks. sir primary teacher post is district cader post but candidates apply from different districts to different . sir please sussest me will i make a janhit yacika on this issue. hope reply soon . thanx.

As the appointments were made during the year 2007 and all posts stand filled a long ago so chances of success are bleak as you shall have to implead all 14,000 teachers in the writ which is very expensive matter.

Even the if you desire to file yachika, you are free to do so.

sir but i think that in that process it is against the airtical 15 and 16 of equality of male and female . so govt. could make joint merit. and what is urs views about 5 marks given to rural candidates.

and sir i wanna told u that in begging all that teachers working on contractual basis and regular on 1 april 2011 so they are under probational period.
