I presume that deceased had sold the ancestral property after birth of his children which he could not have done as the children born out (including in womb) at the time of alleged sale had also share in that ancestral property.
The children though minor may challenge the sale through their natural guardian their mother.

Pillar cannot make mistake. Only man who work, make mistake sometime.
Need be corrected with love & respect, dear Tom.
Any ancestral Property can be sold , and Father can sign "It is binding on all his heirs and legal representatives"
If not, No one can sell their ancestral property, as very one in their family shall have small children. Only Adult at that time have to sign Sale Deed. No one goes to Court to get Minor's int, usually.
LET US CLARIFY THIS GREY AREA. IN PRACTICE ONLY ADULT SIGN IT.(it binds children )
