Prosedure for refund of stamp duty in andhrapradesh

Dear sir/madam

I have purchased 2 lacks each 2 stamp papers for loan propasoal in apr 2010 means franlined on the document . but, the document not utalised , not excuted it is just blanked document. so, plz guide me how to get refund for my stamp duty

Ask revenue / collector. To my knowledge in Mah state, time limit for refund is 6 months.
I have no idea of TN

You have to submit the stamp paper to the Collector of Stamps along with an application for refund. The application shall be made within 6 months from the date of purchase of stamp paper.
You will get the refund after deduction as applicable.

Refer S 54 of the Indian Stamp Act, you are barred by limitation to seek refund after 6 months from the date the stamp duty was paid.

You can't get refund of stamp paper since 6 moths have been passed from the date of purchase. However, you can utilise stamp papers anytime for other purposes.

For refund purpose, the time limit is 6 month only in Maharashtra. You have to check your state stamp act for refund time limit.
