Dear Sir,
One partition suit - this land my father’s self acquired property. But my daughters are file suit against this land . I want to make will to my son. my question 1. Will through Registrar office or Notary Public which one best.2. I want give full land to My son its possible through will.

When it is your father's property and if he is no more then it is an ancestral property. You don't have to right execute will in favour of your son for entire property. You can execute the will to the extent of your share only

As simple as that all the legal heir are equal share on it. You can write a will for your share to your son and no legal right you have to write others share.
